If you feel you have a problem with gambling and would like to request that CanceCare excludes you from all of its gambling related activities, including receiving gambling related marketing materials, you can simply complete and submit the form below.

I acknowledge that I will not be allowed to rescind my self-exclusion during this period.

Following our successful completion of your self-exclusion request:

  • Your chosen self-exclusion period will remain in force with CanceCare, for a minimum of 7 years
  • CanceCare will not send you any gambling related marketing materials, unless and until you specifically request us to do so.

Please ring the CancerCare Lottery helpline on 01524 752444, if you wish to extend your chosen self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months extension).

In 2020, £399,889 was raised from ticket sales in our CancerCare Lotteries and seasonal Bumper Draws, with 9.16% spent on prizes, 26.20% on expenses and 64.64% being used to fund the work of CancerCare*. This translated into a fantastic £258,489. *Based on the Lottery Submissions made by CancerCare to the Gambling Commission, during the 2020 calendar year.

In 2020, the likelihood of winning a prize was, on average, 1 in 1,067 in our regular CancerCare Lotteries and 1 in 1,879 in our seasonal Bumper Draws.

Players in our weekly lotteries and seasonal Bumper Draws are automatically entered into a weekly Rollover draw in which they could win up to £5,000, since our Rollover prize increases by £100 each week it isn't won (when in 2020, the likelihood of winning was, on average, 1 in 387,130) and if it reaches £5,000, then one lucky player will be guaranteed to win that week (when the likelihood of winning reverts to the above weekly lottery and seasonal Bumper Draw averages).
