Please note: Where you choose to donate matters to us and your donation preference will be honoured wherever possible, though funds may need to be redirected to ensure we can meet the most urgent needs of the charity.

Choose a service you might like to support

As an example, £20 each month could mean one activity a week is secured for a member of the Re-Fresh Group (5-17 year olds)
As an example, £30 each month could cover a single Aromatherapy session
As an example, £55 each month would help to deliver a two-hour group therapy session
As an example, £70 each month could ensure the Art Therapy groups are available for all ages, from young to the elderly
As an example, £100 each month could fund three counselling sessions for a client facing cancer or bereavement

As an example, £5 each month could provide the materials needed to make a memory box for a child who has lost someone they love
As an example, £10 could cover the cost of volunteer transport to pick up a client who is too poorly to drive themselves to the centre
As an example, £15 each month could provide the milk to welcome our clients with a hot drink for a whole week
As an example, £20 each month could fund play dough, lego, colouring in books and stress balls, all part of the children's counselling services
As an example, £30 each month could help supply the towels, blankets and kinesio tape used regularly in our complementary therapy services
As an example, £38 each month could sustain the materials needed to saw, turn, drill and chisel in our weekly Woodwork groups

By choosing to let us allocate your donation where it's needed most, you're allowing us to direct funds to the areas that require immediate support. This helps ensure that all our essential services remain operational and properly resourced. Unrestricted donations give us the flexibility to cover core costs, respond to changing needs, and maintain the stability of our organisation.

I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
